*No refunds/ exchanges *


We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items you purchased is defective. If you have in-fact received a defective item such as

( stitching skipped, missing stones if apply,stains and or holes.) you will receive a credit of the items you purchased. If defective items have new defects due clothing stretching,(trying on)deodorant stains and or smells. A price adjustment credit will be adjusted after discovery of return claim have been submitted. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via email clothingbyshellc@yahoo.com with details and pictures of defective items. You have 48 hrs to submit your claim.











*Warranty*

Custom orders have 40 days warranty on all items if they are repairable, even if you caused the damage just simply email us and explain what the issues are. If damage is due to customer. You will be responsible for shipping items back to us and paying for shipping items back to you once order is completed.






*Custom orders turn around*

Custom orders generally takes 2 weeks business days. We do not count the days our business is closed which is Sunday’s & Monday’s. If you have been waiting more than 2 weeks business days feel free to send us a message. Big orders over 5 items may require more time, which will be communicated during your order process. please feel free to email us for the fastest response.









*Rush orders*

Customers do have an option of receiving items faster due to late shopping for a special event in such. For your convenience we can assist you for an additional fee. Rush fee is simply only applied to the order itself this has nothing to do with our shipping policies. The rate for rush fee depends on how fast items is needed. Price range from $40-$150 on top of order. If you should have questions regarding this policy feel free to email us.















*Shipping*

Ready to ship items will be shipped within 4 business days. Shipping fee is estimated after your order is placed. You will receive an email and or text letting you know what your shipping fee will be. Once you have been contacted with shipping fee it can be Apple payed to us, cash app to us or we will create a payment link for you to pay for your shipping cost. Once your order is shipped customer will be issued a tracking number for them to start monitoring shipping ETA. Please be sure all your information is correct, if an error occurred email us right away with correction along with your order number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you live in a unsafe area we suggest you leave notice for your carrier to not leave packages on your steps.



















*Custom Order Shipping*

Once your is ready to be shipped you will be contacted via email with an update on shipping date and will be issued a tracking number for your convenience.

























*Shipping carrier*

Always USPS !! items will be sent as priority Mail which typically takes 1-5 business days. If you have issues with your mail carrier in your state we strongly suggest you use a secure address and location to receive packages. We are not responsible for packages left on steps or stolen from your door step so please stay on top of the ETA of your package. We do offer package insurance which is through USPS and you will be charged accordingly.

It is understood that the designer may use images and or video on their website and social media.





















*Local pick- ups*

require a appointment please schedule accordingly. You are able to reschedule one time after orignal appointment. After two missed appointments you will be charge a storage fee of $5 each day your order is abandoned. After 14 days your will be restocked and you will not be Eligible for any form of refund.
